Interesting. Photos taken at different stages of kitchen build?

The curtains in photo 10 are a little odd - every other room has roller blinds.

And the angle at the top of the "pantry" is totally different to where it meets the floor.

The whole thing just looks odd and my thought was that the kitchen isn't actually there. It seems like a mock up.

For a price tag of $675,000 one would think they could stage it for a couple of grand :D.

That's the price of a Sydney studio and you wouldn't stage one of those

"...tenants on periodic tenancy" Maybe the photo's are edited to mask the Tenant's belongings? All of the walls in the photos have been digitally edited resulting in strange angles when looking at the floor lines.

Yeah it's a shocking result but I believe it's as @TheRayTracer says and they have wiped out all the furniture in the house and it has resulted in a pretty poor end result.

I would never sell a property as empty unless one is seeking a low sell price .

In my experience, most buyers are turned off a property with no furniture as most have little/no imagination :).

The whole think is a bad job. Terrible. A $10 outsourced graphic design fail. Not a photo.

Angles perspectives, length etc are all wrong and likely misleading / deceptive eg
    • 5 - Tile perspective and inside v outside tiles that slant upwards ? That fan is on an angle v ceiling
    • 6 - Bench length. Tiling at base of bench ? Who puts a bench on a angle ? See other view and both sides of bench have wrong tile angles.
    • 7 - Opposing angles on floor all wrong. Short bench now. Scale etc is wrong. Sink angles are all wrong. Keystone of the pasted image for sink is wrong. No tap. Sink looks like a drainer only so no tap makes sense.
    • 8 - Bench length / angle sucks. v tiles. Check outdoors - Water will run inside ? Fan angle ?
    • 10 - Window is a bay window at base ? That curtain is as fake as a iranian fighter jet.
Agent use of these images is a fail.

Splashback when there is no hob ??

I put my money on it they used Box Brownie to edit, they do some pretty good work with floorplans, but their photo editing isn't the best..

Also the layout of those photos I atrocious. I like a visual walk through, first photo should be the outside or "wow" and then I think the remainder should be in order

Seems to, Satellite and street view seem consistent with the photos.

I spoke to the agent, it appears the tenant insisted that every single item of theirs be edited out. They gave the reason that they have 2 young kids but really? What the hell difference does that make to me seeing your fruit bowl on a work surface, if it's that big of a deal why didn't they just move their **** out of the way for the photos?
