Over the last 11 years as a Property Buyers Advocate I have assisted clients grow their property portfolio with Premium Investment grade properties.I bring a broad skill set to NPB as not only am I an active property investor, I also have a “hands on” local knowledge & experience in Small Scale Residential Development. I have been involved from a ground floor level & have successfully completed a number of (two lot) residential subdivisions and Multi-Unit site developments. I also offer specific knowledge of the most appropriate method of adding value to a property and his success in negotiating ensures that the best outcome for his clients is achieved.
