I am a graduate architect who has 5 years experience with high end custom design. I have followed hundreds of projects from inception to completion, many builds having an element of architectural complexity.
In recent years I have immersed myself in property development. Having project managed my own as well as other client's developments I have learnt a lot about council planning, feasibility studies and efficient design to maximise a sites potential.
The largest development I have undertaken to date is a 5 allotment community title subdivision.
I hope to take on larger projects in the near future and test different development strategies to maximise return on investment.
