Stuck with them as moving will trigger LMI due to high LVR.
The other big 3 have dropped their fixed rates since the second rate cut , I was expecting CBA to come in line with the rest of the gang.
CBA updated their interest rate pdf report but still no change to the fixed rates :(
Any indication whether CBA will drop their IO fixed rates as well?
My IO with CBA expired and they slugging me with 5.54%. :(. Interested to find what others are paying on IO variable with CBA @ 90% LVR.
