Some of you will know me from my years on Sommersoft under the same username. I'm obviously no where near as regular a contributor as I was a few years ago, but still would like to think I can add value here and there when I do free up some time.

For those who don't know me. I've been an avid investor for years both in Australia and in the UK. I am MD of Sydney based buyers agency Hunter James and also the NSW state rep for REBAA (Real Estate Buyers Agents Association).

Reason for this post, is firstly to say "Hi", secondly its to say thanks to Sim for the amazing work he has done to keep the best property investor community around alive and growing. Despite a great deal of professional and investing experience in the UK, when I arrived on Sydneys sunny shores back in 2008, I basically had to relearn everything, and although I read countless books, this forum (Somersoft at the time) and the amazing contributors within were undoubtedly the greatest resource I found.

Anyway, I've always believed in karma and the laws of reciprocity, so when I can, I want to be able to give back to the community, so am always open to fellow members should they have any questions.
