      This market is getting off it's lowest grounds, at least to the believers some say!

      As you know, the Detroit market is getting stronger and pickings on the stressed assets (like 70 cents to a dollar type deals) are getting a bit tougher. But yes we are working harder to get more of them through innovative buying processes...
      However, even the dollar to dollar deals are a steal at the current prices IMHO
