      Done and dusted in 3 hours flat with a 45-minute break to scramble and get the Cashiers checks for the winning bidders.
      An experience indeed networking & seeing hardcore investors bidding, buying 10+ property parcels, without a moment to lose and not taking their eyes off the ball (or their notepads)
      Just a "Plus 500" repeatedly and the final bid being "a Dollar more" to close the deal.
      Bidding over yourself just to secure the transaction before the hammer falls.
