      Rooster, If you want to get a better understanding of the spec in detail ( not sure if that is what you are asking?) ask for the addenda that goes with this spec from the builder. That will give you models and complete detail of what you are getting. The word standard and lack of model details can be confusing and misleading to some. That way you can really know if its even close to 50K of extras.
