      I'd like to build something like this for a property I am thinking of subdividing down the track. The dimensions of this duplex are conducive to a new lot I'll be creating during the subdivision. I would need to check compliance with council first though, prior to appointing a draftsman/architect etc.

      The problem is this builder only builds in NSW, but the dev would be in VIC. Also, the house/new lot will be in a heritage overlay area so there will probably be rules on the facade, colour scheme, materials so that it fit in more with the older, heritage dwellings in the area.
