      Yes Marisa, bought in Detroit during the heights of the Industrial depression - late 14 early 2015.
      When manufacturing was not 'producing' the driverless & fuel cell technologies.
      It's turned a corner, looking forward to the "greater" days ahead,
      Oh well, let's just say "better" days, since we don't have a crystal ball in our pockets, do we?

      @Karina bought this one at 47,000 with 850 in rent as an off-market deal.
      now should be worth 65-70000 at least I assume.
      can be more (?)

      But the best is ahead, I believe, as it sold in 2006 for 185,000.
